The 45-75 page feedback report each person receives clearly defines skill areas, describes a manager’s level of proficiency, displays compiled co-worker ratings and compares them to a manager’s self-rating, identifies strengths and potential barriers to excellent performance, discusses relationships with other skills, and suggests developmental activities where needed. Easy, on-line administration of the questionnaire takes 15-20 minutes. All aspects of the process are completely confidential. Feedback may be handled “in house” or with the full support of LEADERSHIP ADVANTAGE. LEADERSHIP ADVANTAGE can also provide training workshops on the effective, commpassionate communication of feedback.
